    Are these original photographs?

    Yes. Every image is an original photograph captured by Chaika Studios in locations around the world. Your selected photograph is printed on archival photo paper in your chosen size, framed in matte black or unframed.

    How long does shipping take?

    Each piece is made to order, and production takes 3–5 business days before your order is handed to the carrier. Delivery time follows and depends on the selected Canada Post service and your destination. Shipping within Canada is free with standard service, and a paid expedited option is available at checkout.

    How are the prints framed?

    Prints are professionally produced in Canada; choose a framed or unframed finish. Framed prints use durable PVC frames with UV-protective glass, printed on archival photo paper. Each framed piece arrives ready to hang with a hanging kit included.

    What sizes and frames are available?

    Each print is offered in 12 × 16, 16 × 20, and 20 × 28 inches, framed in our matte black frame with UV-protective glass, or unframed. Available options are listed on the individual product page.

    What is your return policy?

    Eligible unused and undamaged items in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days after delivery. For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers tracked and insured return shipping — there is no restocking fee. Cancellations or changes are best requested within 15 minutes of ordering and cannot be guaranteed once production has started. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please report it within 7 days.

    Who photographs the Chaika Studios collection?

    Nick Chaika, a Vancouver-based photographer, filmmaker and mountaineer, photographs the collection. Chaika Studios brings his original landscape photographs into homes as fine-art prints.

    Where were the mountain photographs taken?

    The collection includes photographs from Nepal’s Himalayas and British Columbia, including Everest, Ama Dablam, Black Tusk and Panorama Ridge. Each print page identifies the subject and where the photograph was taken.

    Should I choose a framed or unframed print?

    Choose Black Frame for a finished piece with a matte black PVC frame, UV-protective glass and hanging hardware. Choose No Frame if you want to arrange your own framing. Check the size and presentation on the product page before ordering.

    How do I choose a print size for above a sofa?

    Measure the wall and sofa, then mark out the proposed artwork with paper or tape. About two-thirds of the sofa’s width is a styling starting point for the whole arrangement, which may include multiple prints. Check the finished outside frame dimensions before buying; the listed print size alone does not establish the overall framed width.
